Helen Williams (PhD)

director / principal GEOSCIENTIST (GEOPHYSICS)

Dr Helen Williams specialises in geophysical survey design, data processing, analysis, and interpretation, supporting exploration and research programs through the effective use of geophysical data.

Her work focuses on the design and review of geophysical surveys, the analysis and integration of geophysical datasets with geological and structural information, and the development of subsurface models that inform exploration targeting and project-scale decision-making. Helen has experience across a range of geophysical methods and applies these techniques to exploration challenges across diverse commodities and geological terranes.

Helen takes a considered, problem-driven approach to geophysics, ensuring survey design and geophysical data are aligned with project objectives and applied effectively within integrated geological workflows.

John Stewart

director / principal GEOSCIENTIST (Structural geology)

Dr John Stewart specialises in structural geology, with a strong focus on field-based structural data acquisition, analysis, and its application to geological and exploration problems.

His work centres on the collection and analysis of structural measurements in the field, and the integration of these observations with geological and geophysical datasets to define litho-structural frameworks across a range of geological settings. John applies these approaches to support exploration targeting and improve geological understanding from early-stage projects through to near-mine environments.

John’s approach emphasises careful observation, data quality, and scale-aware analysis, ensuring structural information is applied appropriately and effectively within exploration workflows.

Karen Williams

principal GEOSCIENTIST (geoscience data & systems)

Karen specialises in geoscience data management and systems, working across data governance, analysis, interpretation, and reporting to support geological and exploration programs.

Her work spans geoscience data standards, QAQC, validation workflows, and system design, while also contributing to geological interpretation, research, and technical reporting. She works closely with geologists and geophysicists to ensure data collected in the field is accurate, traceable, and structured for effective analysis and reporting.

Karen brings a practical, detail-driven approach to geoscience data and interpretation, reducing data risk and supporting consistent, well-founded technical outcomes within integrated geological workflows.
